  • Does this work for liquid spills?
    Yes, It does. The capacity of the dust cup, however, is limited, so it needs to be cleaned up in time. Although our products can work with wet things or liquids, we suggest you clean and dry the filter up in a time when it comes to the limit because the suction may decrease if the filter is clogged, but no worries, the suction comes back when the filter is well ventilated again.
  • Does this have warranty? 
    Please note that we do offer a 1-year warranty to our handheld vacuum, you can contact us via your order ID directly if our products have any problem.
  • Does the car need to be turned on to use the car corded vacuum? 
    Yes,if you don’t like it,I would like to recommend a cordless vacuum.
  • Does the car corded vacuum have a fuse to protect your car battery?
    They give a spare fuse just in case it blows up.
  • Having trouble removing filters?
    The filter has to fit very tightly, so it is doing its job. To remove it, just hook your finger around the horizontal black piece in the filter and give it a good tug!
  • Could the car corded vacuum be used with an adapter for indoor use?
    If you want to use it at home, you need Universal AC-DC Power Socket Adapter Converter. We highly recommend the cordless one.
  • How to wash cleaner inside ?
    1 Take off the dust container using a button on the top of the vac.
    2 Pull out the filter.
    3 You can just clean it with a small brush or with water
  • Do you have return or exchange merchandise?
    We offer 30-day return and exchange policy. If it exceeds 30 days from when your original order was placed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • How will I know if my order has been processed?
    Once your order is submitted,paid or shipped you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail about each status.
  • How to make a return?
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    After returning the defective product, please kindly provide us with proof as below:
    - Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box.
    - Partial shipment slips (if applicable).
    - Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item.
    - Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area.
    Please contact us by email sales02@hikerenvac.com before returning any item(s)/product(s).
  • Which items are not refundable?
    1. Items are not in their original condition and packaging are not refundable.
    2. Items without a receipt or proof of purchase are not refundable.
    3. Items are damaged or with missing parts are not refundable.
    4. Items are shipped to the original shipping address on the package are not refundable.
    5. Items have been purchased over 30 days are not refundable.
  • Do you give refunds?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the received item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment account within a certain amount of days.
  • How to make Exchanges?
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it, send us an E-mail to annaqianzhengtian@gmail.com. We will give you exchange details.
  • Late or missing refunds?
    1.If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
    2.Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3.Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales02@hikerenvac.com.
  • Do you afford shipping cost of return?
    Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Also, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
    If your return item values over $75, we suggest that you choose a trackable shipping method for safe delivery. Please understand that we are not responsible for any missing return packages and we are not able to issue the refund if the return package is not delivered.
